'Ax Chair' by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard Nielsen for Fritz Hansen from Denmark the 1950s. The chair is formed with laminated beechwood and the seat is made of hand-carved teakwood and veneered plywood. The chair is standing on four legs that feature a Mahogany core. An example of this chair design can be found at the Museum of Design in Copenhagen. This chair is in good condition with normal wear and tear due to its age and clearly marked underneath the chair.

This bar is amazing. Beautiful and exactly as described. A custom crate (which was a work of art itself) was built in order to ship the piece to the U.S. The bar arrived in perfect condition without a scratch. I will say that take the crate apart was not easy and was a two-person job. But worth it in the end
