Design
The lamp is crafted entirely from lacquered black wood, formed into a dramatic arch that rises from a forked, claw-like base. The structure feels both grounded and dynamic, creating a sense of movement that almost defies gravity. At the upper tip, a conical off-white fabric shade hangs from a metal ring, introducing a gentle contrast in both texture and color.

The curved prongs of the base provide stability while mirroring the lamp’s organic flow. Its construction and profile suggest influences from Scandinavian minimalism and Japanese asymmetry, while the materials and scale firmly place it within the Italian post-war design tradition.
